Twenty years of working with the material
Our factory in Aluva has been running for twenty years. We make planters, jaali screens, wall panels and bespoke facade work for architects across Kerala, and we’ve spent that time learning how a surface behaves once it leaves us.
The coatings came out of that. We kept needing finishes that did what they claimed on surfaces we’d made ourselves, so we started making our own. We didn’t arrive at this from sales — we arrived from twenty years of watching what actually happens to a wall.

2005
Paving blocks
The yard opens in Aluva
We started out casting paving blocks. Plain work, done in volume, and it taught us early that mix, cure and weather decide everything that comes after.

GFRC
Concrete Factory begins
Planters, jaali screens, wall panels and bespoke facade work for architects across Kerala. Thinner sections, tighter tolerances, and surfaces people look at closely.

Precast buildings
Whole structures, cast at the plant
We moved from components to portable precast buildings — cast under factory conditions and delivered to site ready to stand.

Coatings
Ferrocon Coatings
Industrial chemicals and decorative finishes, blended at our own plant. We kept needing coatings that behaved the way they claimed on surfaces we had made ourselves, so we started making them.
